These Terms of Service describe the rules that apply when you access or use Alpha Portfolio. Business-specific identifiers remain in placeholders until final company details are published.

3. Google sign-in and account responsibility
Alpha Portfolio currently uses Google sign-in for account access. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account and for keeping your Google account and device access reasonably secure.
4. Description of service
Alpha Portfolio is portfolio tracking software that helps users organize accounts, transactions, holdings, and performance information. Crypto tracking is available now. Stocks may be added later and are currently described as coming soon.
5. No investment advice
Alpha Portfolio is an informational and record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and it does not recommend any asset, strategy, or transaction.
6. User content and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the portfolio, account, and transaction data you enter or import into the service. Alpha Portfolio does not guarantee that user-provided data is correct.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with platform operation, scraping the service at scale, reverse engineering restricted areas, committing fraud, or using the product in a way that harms other users or the service.
8. Plans and billing
The Free Starter plan is currently the primary live plan and may include ads. Premium plans may be offered later and are intended to be ad-free when enabled. If billing is introduced, additional commercial terms may apply.
9. Availability and service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, with or without prior notice, as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
